Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the photographs.
Additionally contained in this recent image drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up development schemes to transform the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a key labelling distinct areas of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring designs for boat shelters.
Additional documentation made public as part of the continuing oversight release.
